How to order

1. Click on the item you want to order then select size and quantity then click ADD TO CART  to add item into your shopping cart

2. Hover over ‘SHOPPING CART’ to see item(s) in your cart, click CHECKOUT

3. To use a coupon code, please enter the code in the box on the checkout page and click apply coupon

4. For new customers, please create your account by clicking on ‘create an account’ Fill in your details to create an account. For registered customers, please log in to proceed

5. Complete your name and billing address. To use a different address for shipping, please untick ‘Ship to this address’ then fill in the delivery address. Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment process

6. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Kiehl’s after your order is processed

Coupon code is a set of code to redeem various special promotions from Kiehl’s including free shipping, discount, or special gift.


 How can I get a Promotion Code?

You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive news on special privileges via e-mail.

How do I register a new account?

1. Click register on the top right corner

2. Enter your name, email address and password to create an account.

3. Click Submit to create your account

4. Click Sign up for Newsletter to subscribe and keep you up-to-date with any special promotions, coupon codes, etc. through our newsletters in your account dashboard or on the bottom right corner of your screen.


 How to edit my information

1. Sign in and click My account on top right corner

2. Account dashboard gives you a snapshot of your recent activities

3. Use the navigation bar on the left to update your account information, addresses, view your orders and edit setting of Newsletter Subscriptions


 Forgot your password?

1. Click SIGN IN then click Forgot your password?

2. Enter your email address and verification code to retrieve your password


Is there any registration fee for Kiehl’s?

Registration at Kiehl’s is completely free and easy! Any form of charge will only come from purchasing of Kiehl’s products.

Yes. We do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash-on-Delivery only.

Is my credit card information safe at Kiehl’s?

The company will not store any credit card information on our servers. At Kiehl’s, we use systems set in place by banks that have the security protocols set in place to handle safe credit card transactions.


My credit card details are not being accepted. What's wrong?

Please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their behalf. If problems continue to persist, please contact Customer Service who will notify the IT department of technical difficulties.


My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?

All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email that contains an order tracking number. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Service team to confirm the placement of your order.
