1. I cannot log in to my account. What should I do ?


Answer If you already have an account on Kiehls.co.th, simply click “Forget Password” and insert your registered email, you will receive an email to change password. Change your password from the link in the email and try log in again. If you have not received the email, you may have registered via Facebook before. Please try log in again by clicking the Facebook icon on website at log in If you have not received the email, please contact our customer service at 02-106-8208 or e-mail us at  service@kiehls.co.th 



2. If I am already Kiehl’s Rewards member, do I need to sign up for the new account?


Answer If you are an existing Kiehl’s Rewards member and have made transaction(s) at Kiehl’s shops, Kiehl’s LINE Oflicial or Kiehl’s Official at LazMall, but have never created an account on Kiehls.co.th, you will need to create a new account to log in HERE, then select I am a member of Kiehl’s Reward.


3. How to check my current points?


Answer If the existing points balance does not appear, even when you created the account and logged in, please update National ID under “My account” page. If you still do not see the points balance, please contact our customer service at 02-106-8208 or e-mail us at  service@kiehls.co.th 



4. How can I update my personal information?


Answer After logged in, please click “My account” to update your personal information, and click update button to save the change.
