Satisfaction Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  1. Product must be purchased from www.kiehls.co.th only
  2. Company will accept the exchange/refund within 14 days after products have been delivered. Customer who has intention to exchange/refund has to contact Kiehl’s Online Customer Service Tel. 02-106-8208
  3. Customer has to send the product back to Kiehl’s Online Customer Service on the below address within 21 days after informed customer service

  4. Customer has to return all gifts with purchase within order
  5. After Kiehl’s Online Customer Service received product, we will investigate and send you confirmation. In case of return, refunded money will be transfer back to the original payment channel.
    1. Customer who made payment by credit card – will receive the refunded money within 45 days after we received product (please be note, different Bank has a different lead time)
    2. Customer who made payment by Cash on delivery – money will be transferred back to account provided earlier within 30 days
  6. In case customer would like to exchange to new product with lower value, company has a rights to refuse to pay difference amount
  7. In case customer is Friends of Kiehl’s, points in system will be deducted next day after product received
  8. Redemption is not allow during the return/exchange period
  9. Customer has a rights to exchange or return only 3 times per year, and 1 time per order
  10. Company has a rights to change/discontinue the program without prior notices
